What is the Bill Qube?
The Bill Qube lets you make individual or recurring electronic payments from a specific qube for that bill. Bills can be fixed or variable in amount and set up to process automatically any day of the week.
When should I use the Bill Qube?
For any recurring debit card payments such as Netflix or Spotify you can set up a Bill Qube for each merchant. You can also set up a Bill Qube for variable payments such as utilities.
How do I use the Bill Qube?
To pay a bill, first, create a Bill Qube. Each bill needs its own qube.
Next, name the qube and select the color and icon that you would like.
Then, choose whether it’s a fixed or a variable bill.
Now enter the bill amount and then select your payment method. Keep in mind that the debit card is the only form of payment currently. This is temporary and we’re working on a second form of payment via ACH. If you would like to pay a bill via ACH, the funds will come out of your cloud.
Lastly, select the payment schedule for when the bill is due. Keep in mind that Bill Qubes need to be scheduled for a future date. If you create a Bill Qube and try to make a payment on the same day, it may not work.
Lastly, click “Save This Qube.”
How do I access my Qube Details or edit payments?
First, click the “Planning” tab, select the bill you would like to edit.
Next, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner. From here you can edit settings, pause payments, and transfer money.
When you click settings, you can edit the details of the qube.
Why should I create a Bill Qube?
Bill Qubes help you see what money is tagged for each subscription/bill. They also allow you to automate future/recurring payments. Bill Qubes will make you aware of all your recurring payments and help you eliminate unwanted payments. We all have bills, and paying them through Qube is easy.
